About TraceGuard AI

Our mission

TraceGuard AI is a recall-readiness operating system for food companies. We help teams review records, assess gaps, and determine recall readiness before an audit, customer review, or real recall puts the process under pressure.

For most operations, readiness still lives in spreadsheets, email threads, shared drives, and tribal knowledge held by a few people. That works until a customer, auditor, or the FDA asks you to trace a lot under deadline. Our mission is recall readiness without the crisis: one calm workspace where leadership can see whether the company is genuinely audit-ready, not just hoping it is.

What's at stake

The cost of being unprepared is bigger than the recall.

When traceability and documentation are weak, the downstream consequences often exceed the recall event itself. A few patterns we see across the industry:

  • FDA Form 483

    Inspection observations

Investigator observations can signal documentation or process weaknesses that are hard to answer without organized records.

  • FDA Warning Letter

    Commercial fallout

An escalation that can concern customers. Some retailers and distributors may pause, restrict, or review purchasing after serious warnings.

  • Import Alert

    Import disruption risk

For companies handling imported foods or suppliers, red-list exposure can create serious import and compliance disruption.

  • Refusal and seizure

    Operational and financial hit

Refused or detained product can delay shipments, revenue, and operations when records are requested under pressure.

TraceGuard AI helps teams review, assess, and determine readiness before the pressure starts, reducing exposure by improving documentation readiness and surfacing gaps early.

TraceGuard AI does not prevent, guarantee against, or provide immunity from FDA Form 483s, Warning Letters, Import Alerts, refusals, seizures, recalls, or other enforcement actions, and does not replace legal, regulatory, or PCQI judgment. It helps teams organize records and identify gaps before they become audit problems.

Our vision

We are building a single workspace where teams review records, lots, suppliers, and evidence; assess gaps and reconciliation; and determine audit-ready closeout. Not scattered files and manual fire drills, but a connected operating layer: Records Library, mock recalls with backward and forward trace, volume reconciliation, and exportable FSVP-style closeout packages.

The goal is calm compliance. One source of truth your team trusts, regulators can follow, and partners can collaborate on without duplicating records.
