Help & support
Quick answers for workspace setup, roles, connected companies, and notifications. Need more help? Contact us.
Who is TraceGuard AI for?
Small-to-mid-sized food manufacturers, importers, co-packers, and quality teams who need audit-ready traceability and mock-recall practice without spreadsheets.
How do connected partner companies work?
A paying customer can invite a partner company. Partners get read-only access to shared traceability and can upgrade to a full subscription to create records and run mock recalls.
Can QC users manage billing or invite users?
No. QC accounts can use operational workflows and manage their notification preferences. Workspace Admins handle billing, seats, and user invites.
How do notifications work?
In-app alerts appear immediately. Email deliveries are queued and sent on a short schedule. Configure contacts and preferences in Settings → Notification Center.
What is the Recall Readiness Score?
A deterministic 0 to 100 verdict computed from your records completeness, open gaps by severity, and your latest timed mock recall. Every factor is a rule you can audit, and the Overview page lets you export it as a one-page PDF for customers, auditors, or leadership.
How do we prepare for FSMA 204?
Start with the records you already keep: lots, shipments, BOLs, and customers. Our FSMA 204 readiness guide explains the rule in plain English and how the upcoming readiness assessment maps your records to CTEs and KDEs before the July 2028 enforcement date.
Is this a replacement for FDA reporting?
No. TraceGuard helps you organize traceability data and mock-recall evidence. Regulatory submission remains your responsibility.
